Oasis Home Owners Association Annual Meeting is scheduled February 8, 2024 at 6:00PM and will be held at the Lake Dunlap Volunteer Fire Station at 915 Potthast Dr., New Braunfels, TX 78130. The agenda will been sent out via email. Check in will start at 5:45PM.
Please come and show your support in building our community and creating new relationships. Attendance is not required but it is encouraged and we welcome ALL Oasis OWNERS to attend.
For our annual meetings we encourage ALL Owners to attend or assign another Oasis OWNER as their proxy so that the quorum requirement can be met and the meeting can occur. 2024 Proxy Form
There will be 1 open position on the Oasis at Lake Dunlap Board of Directors. If you wish to run and volunteer for one of these positions please fill out the 2024 Oasis Candidate Form
HOA Dues:
2024 HOA Dues of $715 per lot due on January 1, 2024 and considered late after January 31, 2024. This fee consists of a $442 annual assessment and $273 for the final special assessment for the dock. There is an 18% late fee when dues are paid after January 31, 2024 if previous accommodations or exceptions have not been made by the HOA Board of Directors.
There are two ways to pay:
1) Payments by Check, Money Order or Cashiers Check for $715 per lot can be written to "The Oasis at Lake Dunlap HOA" and mailed or delivered to the mailbox at 232 River Park Dr., New Braunfels, TX 78130 (if you pay multiple lots with one check, please list the address of each lot being paid for with the check or send with a copy of the Invoice).
2) Payments for $715 per lot can also be made electronically at no additional charge through Zelle (most major banks have Zelle) using the email address lakedunlapoasis@gmail.com for the recipient and please enter in the street addresses in the "Memo" section for the lot accounts to be credited.
3) Starting in 2023, we will no longer be accepting payments via PayPal due to fees.
4) There will not be an option for split payments effective January 2023 unless previous arrangements have been made with the Oasis Board.
NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Oasis Updates:
1) We will be conducting community inspections without notice from here on out. Please be sure to prepare your properties to be in compliance with the Oasis CC&R's and Rules to avoid receiving any violation notices. The issuing of violation notices and their follow up is a very time consuming endeavor carried out by your neighbor volunteers and one that is NOT enjoyable. Please have your properties in compliance to avoid unnecessary time having to be spent by our volunteers. Those with repeat violations can be charged $100 fine without further notice. The most common violations include poor yard/lot maintenance, unsightly vehicles and trash cans not stored out of sight. Thank you for your attention to these and any others.
